Delivery Policy

• There is No service charge for items delivered.
• Cities covered in majority of the countries are their capitals or major cities only.Villages & Towns are not covered. You may contact us in advance for further information.
• Delivery Areas are as follows:
  Dubai - Central Includes the following areas:
  Bur Dubai,Deira,Garhoud,Satwa,Jumeirah and sheikh zayed road upto interchange 2
  
  Dubai North Includes the following areas:
  Mirdiff, Rashidiya, Ghusais, Festival City, Academic city, Silicon Oasis
  
  Dubai South Includes the following areas:
  Sheikh Zayed Road - Interchange 2 to Interchange 5
  Internet City, Media City, Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina,Jumeirah Lake Towers,Springs, Meadows, Greens,Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Arabian Ranches,Jumeirah Island,Palm Island,Green Community
  
  Jebel Ali Includes the following areas:
  Dubai Jebel Ali Area, Gardens, Discovery Gardens
  
  Other Emirates - Al Ain, Umm al Quain, Fujairah,Ras Al Khaimah, Mussafah, Ajman
• Delivery of flowers & other gift items is possible within city limits only.
• The minimum value of order for Jebel Ali, Arabian Ranches,Jumeirah Island,The Palms,Mirdiff is AED 350.
• Delivery time ranges from 24 hours to 96 hours depending on the items and its destination. Orders received for delivery within U.A.E. will be done in 24 - 48 hours. Our delivery timings are 10.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. & 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday through to Thursday (Dubai time - GMT+4.00).
• Arrangements have been made for orders scheduled for delivery on Fridays and Public Holidays to be made on the next working day.
• Delivery of flowers on Valentines day will depend on the date and time of the order and no guarantee of delivery on 14th of Feb or any other occasion can be made, if the order is not placed 48-72 hours before the occasion.
